1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
2. Delivery time
We ship across the United States with trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- FedEx: 3 to 5 business days
- USPS: 5 to 9 business days
- UPS: 5 to 9 business days
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or carrier logistics).
3. Shipping cost
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address:
- FedEx (3 to 5 business days): $11.00
- USPS (5 to 9 business days): Free
- UPS (5 to 9 business days): Free
4. Order tracking

5. Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete before placing the order. Ecuador Fanatics is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
